An elegant and classic Sauvignon Blanc, made from hand-picked grapes grown on our estate in Franschhoek, with hints of citrus and tropical fruits.
Vibrant with a light green hue, the nose offers delicate lime cordial and freshly mown hay. Whole-bunch pressed and cold-fermented in stainless steel, with 9 months maturation on lees delivering a beautifully balanced palate of tropical fruit, vibrant acidity and a creamy finish.
