The richly layered palate, with its attractive savoury flavours and succulent core of fruit, reveals the benefit of lees ageing through a long and perfectly balanced finish.
A blend of 60% Grenache Noir and 40% Mourvèdre from dryland farmed, low-yielding vines, fermented in 4000L foudres. Pale salmon with light copper hues and aromas of rose petals, pomelo zest, stone fruit and delicate marzipan.
